  • Message – The compelling story and case for support you’ll use across channels
  • Vehicles – The methods you’ll use to reach people and deliver your message
  • Prospects – The individuals and groups you’ll approach for support
  • Partners – The allies who’ll help you reach and engage those prospects
  • Plan – The calendar, projections, and structure that tie it all together

We’ll walk through each of these in depth, with examples, exercises, and tools to help you apply them to your own work.
